The Mom Village 2026-27

The Mom Village: Find your people, fill up with truth.

When? Around two Fridays a month, from 9:30-11am. See dates below.

Where? At Valley Church in room 108, on the lower level.

What should I expect?

After sharing a warm brunch and cup of coffee, we’ll either hear the testimony from a mom in our church or from a knowledgeable speaker in a field that applies to motherhood. You’ll be placed in an encouraging table group with a leader who will guide fruitful, authentic discussions. We’ll grow together and gain practical tools for Jesus-centered parenting. 

Who is this for? Moms of any age and stage in the Des Moines metro! New, single, empty nesters, foster and adoptive, blended families, retired, stay at home, working… If you’re a mom, we want you here. 

• If registering as a Mom with Childcare, also register your child(ren) using the Sign up your child(ren) here selection type.
• Registration dues: $15/year 
• Childcare dues: $85/year
